富营养条件下酸雨对两种湿生植物硝酸还原酶活性的影响

Abstract:

采用水培试验法,研究模拟酸雨(ph=2.0,ph=3.5)在富营养条件下对石菖蒲及三白草叶片的硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明:富营养化对石菖蒲及三白草叶片硝酸还原酶活性产生极显著影响(p<0.01),随着富营养化水平的提高,植物叶片硝酸还原酶活性呈现先上升后下降趋势;酸雨处理对石菖蒲及三白草叶片硝酸还原酶活性影响未达显著水平,但随酸雨浓度的增加,石菖蒲及三白草硝酸还原酶活性呈现逐渐降低的趋势;另外,随着酸雨次数的增加,石菖蒲及三白草叶片硝酸还原酶活性逐渐降低。
