两种氮肥施用法对尾巨桉轻基质容器苗生长的影响

Abstract:

以尾巨桉无性系dh32-29轻基质组培苗为材料,研究了不同施氮量和施肥方法对苗木生长及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,经氮素处理的尾巨桉幼苗的生长指标和叶绿素含量均显著高于对照(p<0.05)。指数施肥处理的苗木试验后期苗高增长显著高于平均施肥处理的苗木。当施氮量为20和40mg/株时,指数施肥处理的苗木生长性状显著优于平均施肥处理的苗木;当施氮量为20和60mg/株时,指数施肥处理的苗木叶片的4种叶绿素含量均显著大于平均施肥处理苗木,其他浓度无显著差异;处理8(指数施氮60mg/株)的尾巨桉幼苗的地径、根体积、叶面积、叶长、叶宽及叶绿素含量均显著大于其他处理的相应指标,苗木生长势最好,是此次试验中最佳的组合处理。从尾巨桉苗的生长和叶绿素含量看,指数施肥效果均优于平均施肥效果。
