棕榈叶鞘维管束纤维的结构及其生长变化

Abstract:
利用光学显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和扫描电镜对棕榈(trachycarpusfortunei)叶鞘维管束纤维的结构及其生长变化的研究分析表明:(1)宏观上,叶鞘从叶基部至顶部颜色由白色逐渐变为棕褐色,薄壁细胞逐渐失活;(2)叶鞘自叶基部至顶端的木素相对含量逐渐增加,而纤维素和半纤维素相对含量则逐渐减少;(3)棕榈植物维管束纤维表面均被硅石颗粒覆盖,这些硅石颗粒的大量存在,对棕榈的耐腐性或起到一定的积极影响。
