马尾松锯材在热压干燥过程中的传质数学模型

Abstract:
根据菲克第二定律,建立了马尾松锯材在热压干燥过程中传质数学模o型将长×宽×厚为300mmx100mmx22mm的马尾松锯材在温度为100ce飞相对湿度约为100%的条件下汽蒸处理3h,再在温度180ce飞压力0.2mpa飞呼吸间隔60s的工艺条件下进行热压干燥验证试验。结果表明:所建传质模型除含水率在纤维饱和点以上时,马尾松锯材的某些测试点实测含水率与模型计算值偏差稍大外,其他情况都能较好地反应热压干燥过程中水分移动规律。
