低温胁迫对欧美杂种山杨无性系的生理影响

Abstract:

以3个欧美杂种山杨(populustremula×p.tremuloides)和1个中国山杨(p.davidiana)无性系1年生扦插幼苗为研究材料,利用人工气候室模拟自然降温过程,进行25、15、10、5、0℃的温度处理,测定了低温胁迫下杂种山杨无性系幼苗与抗寒性相关的生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:随着温度的降低,山杨无性系内源aba含量、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛(mda)含量均呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(sod)活性表现出先上升后下降再上升的趋势。杂种山杨无性系ptr3和ptr2在胁迫过程中sod活性、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量相对较高,均高于中国山杨。由此表明,引进的欧美杂种山杨无性系表现出较高的抗寒性,适合在我国东北地区栽种。
