杂交竹梢枯病拮抗菌的筛选及抗菌蛋白分析

Abstract:
从健康的撑×绿杂交竹上分离、筛选得到抗杂交竹梢枯病菌(arthriniumphaeospermum)的强拮抗菌株yb15。根据形态特征、生理生化特性及16srdna序列分析,鉴定该菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(bacillusvelezensis)。通过硫酸铵分级沉淀、sephadexg-50分子筛层析、highqsepharosefastflow强阴离子交换层析和sephadexg-75分子筛层析,从发酵液中分离纯化出一种分子质量约为31.0ku的抗菌蛋白。稳定性试验显示该抗菌蛋白对蛋白酶k和胰蛋白酶不敏感,耐热,不耐酸碱和紫外线,对有机溶剂敏感性存在差异。
