马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸与淀粉共混物的研究

Abstract:
以2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基-过氧基-己烷为引发剂引发马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸,研究了反应时间、温度、引发剂用量、马来酸酐用量等不同接枝条件对接枝率的影响。结果表明,在固定聚乳酸与马来酸酐用量条件下的最佳接枝条件为:反应温度95℃,反应时间3h,引发剂用量1%。接枝聚乳酸与淀粉共混后,通过差示热量扫描(dsc)和吸水率测试发现,与未接枝聚乳酸/淀粉共混物相比,其玻璃化转变温度(tg)及吸水率降低,证明接枝聚乳酸与淀粉相容性提高。同时通过扫描电镜(sem)观察共混物表面形态,发现两者相容性有明显改善。
