微悬浮法制备多孔聚苯乙烯磁性微球

Abstract:
将偶联剂乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(sg-151)表面修饰后的fe3o4磁性纳米粒子均匀分散在苯乙烯中,以过氧化苯甲酰(bpo)为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(sds)和聚吡咯烷酮(pvp)为稳定剂,二乙烯基苯(dvb)为交联剂,甲苯/庚烷为致孔剂,制备了多孔聚苯乙烯磁性微球。分别用扫描电子显微镜(sem)、透射电子显微镜(tem)、热重仪(tga)等对多孔聚苯乙烯磁性微球的结构进行了表征。实验结果表明,所制备的多孔磁性微球粒径在4~10μm之间,微球表面孔隙结构明显并具有较好的磁响应性。
