柱状假丝酵母脂肪酶去除麦秸中亲脂类抽提物的研究

Abstract:

运用响应面分析法研究了柱状假丝酵母脂肪酶去除麦秸中亲脂类抽提物的影响因素。结果表明:在脂肪酶用量、处理温度、ph和处理时间等因素中,脂肪酶用量对亲脂类抽提物的去除影响最为显著,而温度的影响最小。亲脂类抽提物去除率随着脂肪酶用量、酶处理时间的增加而提高,脂肪酶处理过程中适宜温度为46℃、ph为7.6的实验条件下,亲脂类抽提物的最大去除率为61.1%。因此,脂肪酶能有效地去除麦秸中亲脂类抽提物,将成为改善麦秸润湿性能的有效手段。
