黑松3种菌根解剖结构差异及其与生长的关系

Abstract:
将黑松分别接种黄色须腹菌(?rhizopogenluteous?,简称rl)、彩色豆马勃(?pisolithustinctorius?,简称pt)和美味牛肝菌(?boletusedulis?,简称be),研究了不同菌根横截面解剖结构的差异及其对黑松生长的影响。结果表明,不同菌根横截面中,中柱、皮层、菌套的结构以及哈氏网的分布均有较明显差异,且与黑松生长有一定的相关性。生长较好的rl和pt菌根苗其根具有较小的中柱和较大的皮层,皮层细胞间密集分布着高度分支的哈氏网菌丝;生长一般的be菌根则形成较大的中柱和较小的皮层,皮层细胞间哈氏网菌丝较少。菌套的厚度与黑松生长无明显相关性,但rl和pt菌根的菌套排列紧密,形成拟薄壁组织,似与黑松根成为一体。be菌根菌套排列相对松散,可见菌丝分隔;ck菌套菌丝排列疏松,不规则或平行排列。由此可见,相同条件下形成的不同菌根其解剖结构有所差异,并对宿主植物生长有一定的影响。
