常压冷等离子体处理改善杨木单板胶合特性的研究

Abstract:
采用介质阻挡放电产生的常压冷等离子体对杨木单板进行改性处理,研究处理功率、处理速率和处理次数对杨木单板胶合特性的影响。结果表明:常压冷等离子体处理能显著改善杨木单板的胶合特性;经不同条件常压冷等离子体处理后,杨木胶合板的胶合强度提高幅度为10%~40%。较优的处理条件为:处理功率4.5kw,处理速率14m/min,处理次数为1次。
