kps?can?nahso3接枝稻草丙烯酸吸水材料的合成

Abstract:
用过硫酸盐-铈盐-亚硫酸氢钠(kps?can?nahso3)复合引发体系诱发碱处理稻草与丙烯酸接枝共聚,研究了稻草与丙烯酸接枝共聚合成吸水材料的特性,分析了接枝过程的工艺特点。结果表明,碱处理稻草粉可有效降解秸秆中的木质素和半纤维素,提高了纤维素相对含量,改性纤维组织结构,提高接枝反应性能,碱处理后所得的稻草纤维灰分质量分数仅为1.8%;当kps、can、nahso3质量比为15∶3∶5时,该复合引发体系协同性较佳;在m(丙烯酸)∶m(稻草)=8∶1、单体中和度70%、交联剂用量为单体质量的1%、反应温度60℃、反应时间3h条件下,合成吸水材料的接枝率可达493%、吸水倍率达350g/g。
