杨木/酚醛树脂胶合界面相的荧光跟踪解析

Abstract:

运用图像处理技术,分析不同染色剂与染色工艺对杨木酚醛树脂胶合界面相荧光效果的影响,以研究胶合界面的最佳染色剂工艺,同时定量测定木材中的胶黏剂微观渗透及分布。三原色(rgb)分析结果表明使用质量分数为0.5%的甲苯胺蓝对杨木胶合界面染色30min能够获得较好的染色效果,荧光跟踪技术能够有效地表征胶黏剂的渗透。随着与胶合界面距离的增大,胶黏剂宏观渗透面积百分比呈减少的趋势,而胶斑的数量和面积百分比呈增加趋势,距离胶线越远,渗透形成的胶斑面积越大,胶斑渗透面积百分比可达90%以上。
