水杨酸对水培风信子生长及开花的影响

Abstract:

以风信子‘bluejacket’、‘janbos’为试材,对水培现蕾后的风信子以10、20、50、100、200mg/l共5种质量浓度的水杨酸(sa)进行处理。结果表明:20mg/lsa对风信子花期、小花直径、叶长、叶面积的效果最佳,不同浓度sa处理对花葶高度、花葶直径、花序直径、叶宽、小花数、叶片数的影响不显著;20~50mg/l的sa可提高风信子盛花期的叶绿素相对含量、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量,降低丙二醛含量,有效延缓风信子的衰老,改善其观赏品质。
