外生菌根对马尾松幼苗生长、生理特征和养分的影响

Abstract:
研究了褐环乳牛肝菌、鸡油菌、彩色豆马勃、土生空团菌、白色豆马勃、松乳菇的接种对马尾松苗木的生长、生理代谢和养分吸收的影响,最终筛选出对马尾松幼苗促生效果较好的菌种。结果表明:(1)接种褐环乳牛肝菌、鸡油菌、彩色豆马勃和土生空团菌均能显著增加苗木的苗高、地径、侧根长、侧根数,促进苗木的生长和生物量的积累,而接种白色豆马勃和松乳菇则对马尾松苗木生长和生物量积累无显著影响,其地径生长还低于对照。(2)外生菌根促进了马尾松苗木体内水分增加,根吸收能力加强,叶绿素含量增加,硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性糖含量增加,降低了脯氨酸、丙二醛含量。(3)外生菌根促进了苗木对磷、钾养分的吸收,对马尾松幼苗氮素营养的吸收效果不显著。与对照比,所有菌根化苗木根中氮、磷、钾分配比例减少,而茎中钾的分配比例增加,叶中磷的分配比例增加。总的来看,褐环乳牛肝菌、鸡油菌、彩色豆马勃和土生空团菌无论对苗木的生长、生理、养分吸收促生效果较好,而白色豆马勃和松乳菇则促生效果较差。
