夏旱期不同管理措施下高产油茶的光合特性

Abstract:
为了研究夏旱期间灌溉、覆膜与盖草不同管理措施对盛产期油茶光合作用的影响,利用li-6400xt便携式光合测定仪对赣无系列2个无性系的净光合速率(pn)、蒸腾速率(tr)等日变化参数进行测定。研究表明:灌溉、覆膜与盖草措施可以不同程度地提高油茶的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率(ewue)、气孔导度与胞间二氧化碳浓度,其中不同管理措施下的赣84-8与赣71的pn日均值从大到小均表现为灌溉b、覆膜、灌溉a、盖草;赣84-8的tr日均值从大到小表现为灌溉b、灌溉a、覆膜、盖草;赣71的则从大到小表现为灌溉b、覆膜、灌溉a、盖草;赣84-8的ewue日均值从大到小表现为灌溉b、覆膜、灌溉a、盖草;而赣71的从大到小则为盖草、覆膜、灌溉b、灌溉a。说明采取上述措施能有效缓解夏季高温干旱对油茶林的水分胁迫,促进高产油茶夏旱期水分利用效率与光合作用,此外,还可提高油茶叶片中叶绿素含量。
