抗松材线虫赤松组培繁殖优良家系的筛选

Abstract:

以抗松材线虫赤松(简称抗病赤松)27个家系带子叶顶芽的胚苗为外植体,筛选生长势好、增殖系数高和生根能力强的组培繁殖优良家系。结果表明:1、8、10、13、22和25家系的平均伸长率都达到了100%以上;随着增殖代数的增加,各家系丛生芽增殖系数表现不一致,但总体趋势是l至2代丛生芽增殖系数随代数增加而增加,2至3代增殖系数随代数增加而下降;抗病赤松不同无性系不定根诱导率不同,19-b无性系的不定根诱导率最高为95.8%。
