杨树叶片蛋白质组分析

Abstract:

从杨树叶片的双向电泳蛋白图谱上随机选取12个蛋白点,经电喷雾串联质谱(electrosprayionizationtandemmassspectrometry,esimsms)分析。结果显示,这12个蛋白点代表了5种不同的蛋白,其中包括:核酮糖二磷酸缩化酶/加氧酶(rubisco)、富甘氨酸rna结合蛋白(glycine?richrna?bindingprotein)、微管蛋白(alpha?tubulin)、叶绿体磷酸甘油酸激酶(chloroplastphosphoglyceratekinase)以及光敏色素(phytochromeb2)蛋白等。
