葡萄糖为共基质下多溴二苯醚产甲烷毒性的研究

Abstract:

在中温厌氧条件下,以葡萄糖为共基质,采用间歇试验法,通过测定甲烷累积产量,研究了十溴二苯醚和4,4’二溴二苯醚的厌氧生物降解性,利用相对活性值判断多溴二苯醚对产甲烷菌的抑制程度。结果表明:在受试浓度下,测定条件为35℃、化学需氧量(cod)10000~11000mg/l、ph7.0~7.5时,十溴二苯醚对产甲烷菌产生轻度抑制;二溴二苯醚在质量浓度为5mg/l条件下对产甲烷菌产生中度抑制,其余浓度条件下对产甲烷菌产生轻度抑制。
