‘晚银桂’的小孢子发生和雄配子体发育

Abstract:

运用石蜡切片技术对桂花银桂品种群中‘晚银桂’的小孢子发生和雄配子体发育过程进行了研究,结果表明:‘晚银桂’雄蕊2枚,偶见3枚,花药4室; 花药壁发育为双子叶型; 绒毡层为腺质型,细胞具1~2核; 同一小花、同一药室内小孢子母细胞减数分裂同步或否,胞质分裂同时型; 小孢子四分体多呈四面体型,少数呈十字交叉型; 成熟花粉粒为二细胞型,近圆形,具3条萌发沟,发育过程中可见败育现象。
The microsporogenesis and development of male gametophytes of Osmanthus fragrans‘Wanyingui’ were studied by paraffin-embedded sectioning and photomicrography technique. The results showed that each floret of inflorescence usually has two fertile stamens,few have three. Each anther has four locules. The development of anther walls was classified as dicotyledonous, and the tapetum was of glandular heterotypic,its cells had one or two nuclears. The meiosis of microspore mother cell was synchronous or asynchronous. There were obvious asynchronous phenomenon in the different pollen sac, and the phenomenon covered all of the period. In addition even found asynchronous phenomenon in a same pollen sac occasionally, and considered that because of poor coordination within the anther development.The cytokinesis was simultneaous type. The microspore tetrad was tetrahedral more, minority fordecussate. Maturepollen grains were 2-celledtype, nearly round and with three grooves. Occasionally there were abortive phenomenons during the development
