孝顺竹花芽分化及小孢子发生与雄配子体发育

Abstract:

孝顺竹(Bambusa multiplex)是一种常见的优良园林用竹。近年来江浙地区孝顺竹陆续开花,为了解竹子花芽及花序的形态建成,通过石蜡切片和扫描电镜,对孝顺竹花芽分化及小孢子发生与雄配子体发育过程进行了研究。结果表明:小花各器官的发生顺序从外至内为1外稃→1内稃→3浆片→6雄蕊→1雌蕊。雄蕊各花药原基的发生顺序是:近小穗轴的1个原基→两边的4个原基→远离小穗轴的1个原基。孝顺竹花药壁发育类型为单子叶型,绒毡层为腺质型,其小孢子母细胞减数分裂的胞质分裂为连续型,产生左右对称型小孢子,花粉粒多为三细胞型。
Bambusa multiplex is a beautiful ornamental bamboo species. It has been flowering in recent years. In order to understand the development process of flower bud differentiation and male gametophyte, the experiment was done by the methods of the paraffin section and scanning electron microscopy. The results are as follows, the developmental order of a flower is lemma, palea, lodicule, stamens and pistil. Stamens 6, the developmental sequence of the anther primordium is the primordium near the rachilla, four primorolium at the both sides and the primodium away from the rachilla. The anther wall is monocotyledonous type and the tapetum is glandular type. The cytokinensis is successive and the microspore tetrads are bilaterally. Mature pollen grains are 3-cell with one germination aperture
