刺梨黄酮的精制及其抗氧化活性比较

Abstract:
以8种大孔树脂为筛选对象,研究大孔树脂对刺梨黄酮的吸附和解吸情况,并以芦丁标准品为对照,考察刺梨黄酮精制前后的抗氧化活性。结果表明:ab-8大孔树脂适用于刺梨黄酮的精制;经ab-8大孔树脂静态吸附精制后,刺梨黄酮质量分数达37.24%,为粗提物的4.4倍。抗氧化活性研究表明,刺梨黄酮的抗氧化活性与质量浓度之间有量效关系,且精制后刺梨黄酮的抗氧化活性显著高于粗提物。因此,刺梨黄酮有一定的抗氧化活性,可作为一种新型的天然抗氧化剂用于保健食品、化妆品和生物制药等行业。
