甲胺磷影响下土壤微生物群落结构的动态平衡

Abstract:
采用磷脂脂肪酸(plfa)作为一种微生物分子标靶,研究不同浓度甲胺磷(c2h8onps)输入对土壤微生物群落的影响。结果表明:与对照土壤相比,高浓度甲胺磷分别使细菌plfas显著提高0.85nmol/g,而使真菌plfas显著下降0.87nmol/g。甲胺磷并没有使土壤微生物总量发生显著变化,真菌丰度下降和抵抗性细菌群落上升形成了土壤微生物群落结构的动态平衡。分析认为,由甲胺磷输入而产生的h+可能导致这一微生物群落结构的变化。
