大规模定制家具的发展现状及应用技术

Abstract:
分析了我国家具信息化的发展态势及工业化背景下我国家具企业制造模式的变迁,提出家具行业信息化制造的新模式――大规模定制家具生产,并对大规模定制家具与常规批量化和传统定制家具进行了比较分析。在此基础上,确定了大规模定制家具的指导思想和发展目标,并就大规模定制家具发展技术体系进行了详细探讨。该技术体系主要包括:大规模定制家具的产品开发设计体系;大规模定制家具的制造和工艺规划体系及面向大规模定制家具全生命周期的信息化管理技术。
