南京地区园林植物根际土壤纽带科线虫种类调查

Abstract:
为了查明南京地区园林植物根际寄生线虫种类及其分布情况,笔者对南京市栖霞区、江宁区、浦口区苗圃地的40种园林植物根际寄生线虫进行了初步调查,根据形态特征和测量值共鉴定出纽带科线虫3个种,分别是双宫螺旋线虫(helicotylenchusdihystera)、假强壮螺旋线虫(h.pseudorobustus)和肾形肾状线虫(rotylenchulusreniformis)。其中,肾形肾状线虫为江苏省新记录种。在40种寄主植物中,双宫螺旋线虫的新寄主为13种,假强壮螺旋线虫的新寄主为8种,肾形肾状线虫的新寄主为2种。
