森林环境价值cvm评估有效性改进的研究进展

Abstract:
基于有效性改进的条件价值评估方法(cvm)越来越成为森林环境价值评估的选择。提高评估对象的可测度性和降低假想市场导致的偏差是森林环境价值cvm评估有效性改进的两个途径。前者可通过增加内生性和外生性信息实现;后者的实现方式包括wta与wtp之差、引导技术选择偏差、范围效应、假想偏差、策略偏差、次序效应等偏差的降低。针对研究中存在的森林环境效用的多样化与cvm调查中无差异核心估值设计的矛盾,以及森林环境价值cvm评估有效性改进的研究范围较窄且研究方法较单一等问题,提出了通过设计差异化的核心估值以提高不同群体对森林环境价值的正确感知,以及增加对森林典型公共产品的研究并整合性应用cvm有效性改进的方法。
