不同菌株绿僵菌对粒肩天牛幼虫的致病力及林间防治效果

Abstract:
粒肩天牛是福建省杨树林的一种主要害虫,此次研究应用7株金龟子绿僵菌菌株对该天牛幼虫进行生物测定,旨在筛选出感染该虫的高致病力菌株,为生物防治提供新的资源。结果表明:感染ma1291-2和ma1775两个绿僵菌菌株14d后,天牛幼虫的校正死亡率分别为89.47%和88.92%;ma1291-2和ma1775两个绿僵菌株对天牛幼虫的致死中时间(lt50)分别为5.62和5.82d,孢子致死中浓度(lc50)分别为1.70×104个/ml和6.16×104个/ml。说明绿僵菌ma1291-2和ma1775两个菌株对该天牛幼虫的致病力强,不仅致死率高,且致死速度快,僵虫率高,应以浓度为1.5×108个/ml的孢子悬浮液进行林间防治,效果良好。
