三聚氰胺脲醛树脂胶黏剂的合成

Abstract:

对三聚氰胺脲醛树脂(muf)的合成工艺进行了探讨和研究。通过调整合成工艺中的缩合温度及缩合时间,并根据甲醛(f)、三聚氰胺(m)、尿素(u)的不同配比,合成了6种muf,并对其性能进行了检测和分析。工艺研究表明,将缩合温度从60℃提高到85℃,缩合时间缩短至30min,所获得的muf1―muf5树脂澄清透明,无白色颗粒悬浮物以及沉淀分层现象,只有muf6仍有一定数量的白色悬浮颗粒。树脂胶合性能测试结果表明:f与(m+u)的物质的量之比较高时树脂的耐水性优于物质量之比较低的树脂;树脂的胶合强度既与f和(m+u)物质量之比有关,也与m和u的物质的量之比有关,调节好三聚氰胺和甲醛的比例是改善muf耐水性的关键。
