环介导等温基因扩增技术在林木?病害检测中的应用展望

Abstract:

森林病害主要是由病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生性生物引起的,其中真菌所致病害种类最多,约占森林病害的80%以上。环介导等温基因扩增(lamp)技术是一种快速高效的dna扩增方法,具有简单、快捷、特异性强、准确性高等特点,笔者论述了lamp技术的原理及其在病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生性生物等方面的应用及研究。该技术广泛应用于食品、临床、环境、农业、工业和畜牧业等领域。环介导等温扩增技术为快速分子检测提供了一条新的途径,在林木病害检测领域将会有广阔的应用前景。
