?基于声表面波反射延迟线无线传感器的理论分析与设计

Abstract:

?给出了一个新的关于声表面波反射延迟线理论分析方法,基于波动方程和chen-haus理论、利用变分方法研究了压电基底上金属短路栅阵中声表面波传输特性,得到其精确反射系数.之后,实验研制了一个用41?yxlinb03、单相单向换能器和三个短路反射栅构成的434mhz声表面波反射延迟线,测量值与理论分析基木一致,器件具有尖锐反射峰、高信噪比等特性.
