单分散镀镍/银三聚氰胺甲醛树脂微球制备与表征

Abstract:
以分散聚合法制备的单分散三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(melamineformaldehyde,mf)微球为母球,经敏化、活化、化学镀等过程制备了包覆金属镍和银的单分散微球。研究发现,碱性镀镍在镀层厚度及完整性、微球的球形度及单分散性方面优于酸性镀镍;ft-ir分析结果表明金属离子可与mf结构中三嗪环中氮原子发生配位作用而形成化学键,这有利于提高金属镀层与mf母球的结合强度。热分析结果(dta与tg)显示母球及镀镍/银微球的分解峰温分别为420℃、400℃和382℃,这说明微球热稳定性良好。
