一种结合文化和因子分解机的快速评分预测方法

Abstract:

大数据环境下,对用户进行兴趣推荐时常遇到高维数据难于处理、运行速度慢以及数据稀疏等问题,引进一种新的模型因子分解机fm。同时考虑到位置服务研究中,结合用户的文化影响提出一种新的方法cfm。由于用户的兴趣具有区域特性,即不同城市、区域或国家的用户对同一事物的兴趣受所属区域的文化特性影响反映出的喜好程度差距较大,在分析出用户的文化特性基础上,结合用户的个人属性,应用因子分解机fm进行用户评分预测。fm不仅具有良好的通用性和高效率性,而且能够很好解决大数据的稀疏问题,提出的cfm方法能够在线性时间中处理数据,有效的解决数据稀疏问题并提高运行效率。在大量真实数据集上的实验结果表明:该方法预测的准确率较传统方法均有显著提高。
