Abstract:
?本文回顾了约瑟夫森结阵太赫兹信号源的研究背景和本征约瑟夫森结的发展,详细介绍了高温超导单晶bi2sr2cacu2o8本征约瑟夫森结阵太赫兹源的样品制备、工作原理、自热现象及频率可调性。这种太赫兹辐射源最高工作频率和可调频率范围已分别超过1thz和500ghz,在空间通信、波谱成像、环境监测等方面将会有重要应用。
