3种刺篱植物对干旱胁迫的生理生化响应

Abstract:
【目的】研究干旱胁迫对不同刺篱植物生理生化指标的影响,以筛选出抗旱的刺篱植物。【方法】采用盆栽控水法,测定了干旱胁迫0(CK),7,14,21,28 d时蔷薇、紫叶小檗、锦鸡儿3种刺篱植物叶片相对水分亏缺(RWD)、叶绿素(Chl)含量、相对电导率(REC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖(SS)含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性7个生理生化指标,并采用隶属函数值法对植物抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,3种刺篱植物Chl含量呈现出不断下降趋势,干旱胁迫28 d时,蔷薇、紫叶小檗、锦鸡儿Chl含量分别为0.84,0.66,1.32 mg/g,较CK下降了55.8%,34.7%,36.5%。随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,蔷薇、紫叶小檗和锦鸡儿3种植物RWD、REC及MDA、SS和Pro含量均呈现出增加趋势,干旱胁迫28 d时均达最大值;SOD活性呈现出先增强后减弱的变化趋势,干旱胁迫21 d时达最大值。【结论】3种刺篱植物的抗旱性强弱顺序为紫叶小檗>锦鸡儿>蔷薇。
【Objective】The effects of drought stress on physiological and biochemical indexes of 3 spiny plants were studied to select species with good drought resistance.【Method】Using pot and water controlling method,changes of 7 physiological and biochemical indicators including relative water deficiency (RWD),chlorophyll (Chl) content,relative electrical conductivity (REC),malondialdehyde (MDA) content,soluble sugar (SS) content,free proline (Pro) content,and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of Rosa multiflora,Berberis thunbergii,and Caragana sinica,were investigated at 0(CK),7,14,21,and 28 d under drought stress.The comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance was also conducted using subordinate function value method.【Result】As the prolong of drought stress,the Chl contents of all 3 species decreased continuously.After 28 d,Chl contents of Rosa multiflora,Berberis thunbergii,Caragana sinica were 0.84,0.66,and 1.32 mg/g,decreased by 55.8%,34.7%,36.5%,respectively,compared with CK.The contents of RWD,REC and MDA,SS,and Pro showed an increasing trend.They reached the maximum values at day 28.SOD activity was enhanced first and then weakened with the maximum after 21 d.【Conclusion】The drought resistances of the 3 spiny plants were in the order of Berberis thunbergii>Caragana sinica>Rosa multiflora
