仙人掌茎片喷洒蔗糖对胭脂虫的培育效果
Effect of spraying sucrose to cactus on cochineal (Dactylopius coccus)

【目的】研究蔗糖喷洒次数、喷洒后单茎片接虫量对胭脂虫的助食作用，为生产上胭脂虫的高产培育提供科学依据。【方法】以未喷洒蔗糖的仙人掌茎片培育胭脂虫为对照，用285.0 g/L的蔗糖喷洒仙人掌茎片培育胭脂虫，研究蔗糖喷洒次数、喷洒后单茎片接虫量对胭脂虫鲜（干）质量及雌成虫体积和怀卵量的影响。【结果】多次喷洒蔗糖对胭脂虫培育有一定效果，可使单产远高于CK，但以在放虫前进行蔗糖喷洒，且以喷洒1次为佳。10头/片可以作为利用蔗糖、仙人掌茎片悬挂培育胭脂虫的较佳接虫量。【结论】285.0 g/L的蔗糖溶液在接种前1次喷洒及单片接虫量为10头时培育效果较佳。
【Objective】The effects of spraying sucrose times and inoculation amount in one piece of cactus after spraying sucrose to cactus on cochineal were investigated to improve high-yield cultivation of cochineal.【Method】The control (CK) used cactus stem slice to feed cochineal without spraying sucrose while the treatments used cactus stem slice sprayed 285.0 g/L sucrose to cultivate cochineal.Then the effects of spraying sucrose times and inoculation amount in one piece of cactus on fresh and dry weight,amount of brooding eggs and volume of adult female were studied.【Result】Multiply times spraying increased the yield significantly.But the best treatment was spraying only once before inoculation.The ideal inoculation amount was 10 seed insects per cladode.【Conclusion】The best treatment was spraying 285.0 g/L sucrose before inoculation and inoculating 10 seed insects per cladode
