首先阐述了OSS的发展历程，并根据发展趋势，指出OSS目前处于数据管理时代。论述当前电信运营商的OSS系统所面临的数据管理问题，并指出构建OSS统一信息模型可提升数据质量，实现数据的一致性。然后总结了构建OSS统一信息模型的难点。接着对目前存在的信息模型及建模方法进行综述，分析了这些信息模型、建模方法的适用性及各自的优缺点，并对主流电信运营商所构建的信息模型进行了研究。最后，讨论了OSS统一信息模型未来的研究方向。
The development of OSS is reviewed . OSS is currently entering the era of big data management based on the development trend of OSS. The Telco Operators are now facing big challenges to manage data effectively. The solution is to build the OSS unified information model for improving the quality of data and standardizing data. Then, summarize the difficulties to build the OSS unified information model are summarized and surveys the existing information models and modeling methodologies for OSS are surveyed, and their applicability, advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The information models of the main Telco Operators are established . Finally, the future directions of building the OSS unified information model are pointed out
