Abstract:

去嵌入传输线技术是微波集成电路不连续性分析的常用方法。用该方法分析形变柔性衬底上的不连续性时,由于馈线为非均匀传输线,激励源端口不连续引起的寄生效应会影响不连续性特性,导致分析不准确。文中提出采用SOLR(short open load reciprocal)校准技术分析不连续性。将不连续性作为校准中的被测件,激励端寄生效应和馈线作为误差项,通过理想电壁、理想磁壁、理想匹配层和不连续性自身构建短路、开路、负载和可逆通路校准,从而消除误差项对不连续性分析的影响。对柱面微带和弯曲微带上不连续性的分析结果表明,该方法可有效消除激励端口的寄生效应影响。
Transmission line de embedding is the conventional technique in the analysis of microwave integrated circuits discontinuities. While on deformed flexible substrates, the parasitic effects on impressed source port discontinuity bring a very adverse impact, since feed lines of discontinuities are non uniform. To calibrate the errors, SOLR calibration procedure is proposed. With the discontinuity as the device under test, the impressed port and the feed line together as a single error term, perfect electric conductor, perfect magnetic conductor, perfect matched layer, and the discontinuity itself as the short open load reciprocal calibration standards, the core parameter of discontinuity is effectively extracted by removing out two error terms. An inside cylindrical microstrip gap and a specified load on bend microstrip are studied in terms of their equivalent circuits and parameters.The effectiveness of the proposed technique is verified
