有效流量研究及应用现状

Abstract:
?有效流量概念由wolman与miller于1960年提出,其后国外研究人员对这一概念进行了完善,成为塑造或维持河道基本形态和有效输沙的关键调控指标,并被拓展至河流生态系统研究中,广泛应用于欧洲、美洲、亚洲等众多国家的河流管理。我国目前在河流治理中仍采用平滩流量、造床流量、输沙流量等指标,这些指标及相关计算成果的不统一给工程实践带来了极大不便。总结国外对有效流量概念研究的主要进展、计算方法以及在水沙调控、生态调度等方面的应用效果,分析了将这一概念应用于黄河水资源管理的可行性。
