地震数据约束下的贝叶斯随机反演

Abstract:
?由于地震数据的带限性质,传统确定性反演方法不可避免地存在分辨率低的缺陷。本文从贝叶斯理论出发,结合地质统计学提出了地震数据约束下的随机反演方法。该方法以测井资料作为条件数据,以地震数据作为约束,进而通过贝叶斯理论将地震资料、测井资料和地质统计学信息融合为地层模型参数的后验概率分布,利用马尔科夫链扰动模拟方法实现对后验概率的分布采样,并通过多个采样结果的综合分析研究后验概率分布的性质,进而精细刻画储层分布。模型测试及实际资料处理结果表明,相对于常规确定性地震反演方法,随机反演方法提高了反演精度,实现了储层的精细描述。
