海洋放线菌来源的卤代天然产物及其卤代机制

Abstract:
近十年来,伴随着海洋放线菌分类研究的不断发展,越来越多海洋放线菌来源的卤代天然产物被发现。它们中许多都具有良好的生物活性以及区别于陆生放线菌的独特结构。在对这些卤代天然产物生物合成基因簇的研究中,一些化合物独特的卤代机制也引起了研究者的广泛关注。本文主要对近年来海洋放线菌来源的卤代天然产物及其卤代机制做简要介绍。
