南方红豆杉细胞培养物的化学成分研究

Abstract:

采用硅胶柱色谱、sephadexlh-20、hplc等柱色谱技术,从南方红豆杉细胞培养物的80%乙醇(体积分数)提取物中分离得到13个化合物,根据理化性质与波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构分别为:2α,4α,7β,9α,10β-pentaacetoxy-14β-hydroxytax-11-ene(1)、2α,4α,7β,9α,10β-pentaacetoxytax-11-ene(2)、1β-deoxybaccatinvi(3)、2α-acetoxytaxusin(4)、taxuyunnaninec(5)、yunnanxane(6)、2α,5α,10β-triacetoxy-14β-propionyloxy-4(20),11-taxadiene(7)、2α,5α,10β-triacetoxy-14β-isobutyryloxy-4(20),11-taxadiene(8)、2α,5α,10β-triacetoxy-14β-(2'-methyl)butyryloxy-4(20),11-taxadiene(9)、13-dehydroxylbaccatiniii(10)、13-dehydroxy-10-deacetylbaccatiniii(11)、paclitaxel(12)及β-谷甾醇(13)。其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、4、10和11为首次从南方红豆杉的细胞培养物中分离得到。
