白木通中一个新的三萜皂苷类化合物, PP. 835-839 Abstract: 目的研究木通科植物白木通藤茎的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱、ods柱色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从白木通藤茎70%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物。分别鉴定为2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oicacid=o-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-o-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-o-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranosylester(i),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacido-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-o-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-o-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranosylester(ii),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oicacido-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-o-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranosylester(iii),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacido-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-o-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranosylester(iv),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oicacido-β-d-glucopyranosylester(v),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacido-β-d-glucopyranosylester(vi)。结论化合物ii为新化合物,命名为mutongsaponinc,其他均为首次从该植物藤茎中分离得到。
