用于肿瘤靶向治疗与诊断的糖结合物研究进展

Abstract:

与正常细胞相比,肿瘤细胞的代谢行为发生了很大的改变,其在生理条件下对葡萄糖需求量极高,且倾向于通过无氧糖酵解方式分解葡萄糖以获得生长所需的能量。本文简述了针对肿瘤细胞这一特点的相关治疗方法,重点针对葡萄糖、葡萄糖衍生物和其他糖类修饰的肿瘤靶向药物、诊断试剂及靶向载体的研究进展进行了综述,并详细列举和讨论了近两年来有关此方面的一些经典研究报道。
