微量量热法研究中药黄连6种生物碱之间相互作用关系

Abstract:
本文采用微量量热法研究黄连6种生物碱对痢疾杆菌生长代谢的影响,比较各生物碱在黄连抑菌效果中所占的贡献度,确定主要的药效物质,并围绕其展开与其他生物碱之间相互作用关系的研究。结果表明,0.8mg·ml-1黄连水提液中,各生物碱的贡献度分别是:药根碱和非洲防己碱3.21%,表小檗碱2.49%,巴马汀4.27%,黄连碱36.31%,小檗碱52.83%,由此判断小檗碱与黄连碱为主要的抑菌活性物质。各成分相互作用关系显示,黄连中存在与抑菌活性相拮抗的物质;小檗碱与黄连碱之间存在协同作用;其他4种生物碱与小檗碱和黄连碱存在叠加作用。该结论为中药黄连质量标准的制定和新的组分中药的研制提供了参考。
