apobec3g抑制病毒复制作用机制研究进展

Abstract:
apobec3家族是近年发现的具有脱氨基作用的一类胞苷脱氨酶,apobec3g是其家族成员之一,被认为是机体固有免疫家族的新成员,其发现开拓了病毒学领域固有免疫防御机制研究的新方向。apobec3g具有抑制多种病毒复制的活性,其机制或通过脱氨基作用引起病毒基因组超突变,或通过非脱氨基依赖的其他复杂机制,作用于病毒的逆转录、复制以及核壳化等生命周期的多个阶段。但病毒会编码病毒蛋白,导致apobec3g的抑制病毒复制作用减弱。深入研究apobec3g与病毒的相互作用有利于新型抗病毒药物的研发。
