附子中胺醇型二萜生物碱的鉴定及其强心活性研究

Abstract:

为确定附子中的强心有效成分,本文对附子中的胺醇型二萜生物碱进行了系统研究.采用超高效液相色谱与电喷雾质谱联用技术分离了附子中的41种成分,通过与对照品的保留时间和质谱数据进行对比鉴定了13种胺醇型二萜生物碱,分别是北乌宁、中乌宁、多根乌头碱、异塔拉定、乌头原碱、8-甲氧基中乌宁、次乌宁、附子灵、3-去氧乌头原碱、尼奥灵、8-甲氧基次乌宁、塔拉萨敏、查斯曼宁.同时,测定了7批不同产地和炮制方法的附子,样品中所含化学成分的种类相似但含量差异较大.此外,利用离体蛙心灌流实验对这13种胺醇型二萜生物碱进行了强心活性实验,结果显示6种成分具有强心作用.实验结果表明胺醇型二萜生物碱是附子中的强心活性成分,本研究对附子中胺醇型二萜生物碱及强心作用的研究具有重要的参考意义.
