毛裂蜂斗菜中两个新的倍半萜硫酸酯

Abstract:
从毛裂蜂斗菜全草中分离得到两个新的倍半萜硫酸酯类化合物megastigman-7-ene-3，5，6，9-tetrol-3-o-β-d-6'-sulfonated-glucopyranoside（1）、3-o-β-d-6'-sulfonated-glucopyranosyl-6-（3-oxo-2-butenylidenyl）-1，1，5-trimethylcyclohexan-5-ol（2）和一个已知化合物icarisideb1（3）。其中化合物icarisideb1（3）为首次从蜂斗菜属植物中分离得到。通过化学和波谱等方法对上述结构进行了鉴定。此外，还测定了3个化合物对4种肿瘤细胞（hepg2、hct116、h460和mcf7）的细胞毒活性。
