羧酸化单壁碳纳米管对盐酸表柔比星吸附与释放行为的研究

Abstract:

采用混酸氧化制备羧酸化单壁碳纳米管(c-swnts),探讨c-swnts对盐酸表柔比星(epi)吸附能力与释放行为。结果表明:羧酸化修饰明显改善了单壁碳纳米管(swnts)的水分散性;epi在c-swnts上的吸附符合准二级吸附动力学,在240min后基本达到吸附平衡;c-swnts表面存在多分子层的活性作用位点,freundlich模式比较适合用于表达epi在c-swnts表面的吸附过程;碱性条件和低温条件有利于epi在c-swnts表面的吸附;与多壁碳纳米管、羧酸化多壁碳纳米管及swnts相比,c-swnts对epi的吸附能力最大。epi在c-swnts的释放行为具有ph依赖性,在酸性环境中有较大的释放行为,这为其在癌细胞的靶向释放、控释研究提供了理论基础。
