纳米药物状态对药物吸收影响的灰色关联度分析

Abstract:

采用灰色关联度分析方法研究了药物的表面zeta电位、形状因子和尺度等因素对药物和吞噬细胞相互作用的过程影响的关联度,并进行了机制分析。结果表明:在药物和细胞作用过程中,药物的表面zeta电位对内化过程的影响最大,形状影响次之,颗粒尺度影响相对较小。
