高原低氧影响药物代谢的研究进展

Abstract:

高原具有低氧、低压、强辐射、寒冷、干燥等环境特征,其中低氧是影响人体正常生命活动的主要因素,研究高原低氧条件下的药物代谢特征对于了解药物在高原机体的代谢和消除快慢,并指导高原地区临床合理用药具有重要意义。本文综述了高原低氧对药物代谢的影响,阐述了高原低氧条件下部分药物的代谢特征及药物代谢酶活性和表达的变化,并探讨了相关机制。
